COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Industrial Dynamics 23577 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jpc parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ironman product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the NU310C3FY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the JA33L manufactured by Jpc and we are pleased to be able to service most Jpc systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature BMQ82630R56 by Manufacturer Ironman as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Lambda-Electronics Brand PFC05003AHZ in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Iptci such as SUCSFL20620L3 equipment made by Iptci have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Iptci products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Iptci" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2Diameter made by Keyshaft as well as the popular 50FB101 original spares produced by Linn-Gear Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 412FMMHUB by Kop-Flex and SUCSFL20620L3 spares by Iptci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WA8227244BR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Kop-Flex. |
